Charles-François Grenier de Lacroix

Charles Francois Grenier de Lacroix, llamado Charles Francois Lacroix de Marseille, fue un pintor francés. Charles François Lacroix de Marsella fue un pintor de paisajes y marinas, en el estilo de Claude Joseph Vernet, Jean-Joseph Kapeller (1702-1790) y Henry de Arlés. Fue alumno e imitador de Joseph Vernet, y estuvo en Roma en 1754. Desde 1776, expuso con gran éxito y pasó buena parte de su vida entre Italia y Provenza. En 1780, publicó un anuncio para recibir estudiantes en su estudio en París. Jean-Jacques Le Veau y Noël Le Mire grabaron algunas de sus pinturas.
