샤를-프랑수아 그르니에 드 라크루아
모방적 프랑스 해양 풍경화가
샤를 프랑수아 그르니에 드 라크루아, 마르세유의 샤를 프랑수아 라크루아로 불리는 인물은 프랑스 화가였다. 마르세유의 샤를 프랑수아 라크루아는 클로드 조셉 베르네, 장-조제프 카펠러(1702-1790), 아를의 앙리의 스타일을 따르는 풍경 및 해양 화가였다. 그는 조셉 베르네의 제자이자 모방자였으며, 1754년 로마에 체류했다. 1776년부터 그는 큰 성공을 거두며 작품을 전시했고, 인생의 상당 부분을 이탈리아와 프로방스 사이에서 보냈다. 1780년, 그는 파리의 자신의 스튜디오에서 학생을 모집하는 광고를 게재했다. 장-자크 르보와 노엘 르미르가 그의 일부 그림을 판화로 제작했다.
