Christian Albrecht Jensen è stato un pittore di ritratti danese attivo durante l'Età dell'Oro della pittura danese nella prima metà del XIX secolo. Dipinse più di 400 ritratti nel corso della sua carriera, raffigurando la maggior parte delle figure di spicco dell'Età dell'Oro danese, tra cui lo scrittore Hans Christian Andersen, il pittore Christoffer Wilhelm Eckersberg, lo scultore Bertel Thorvaldsen, il fisico Hans Christian Ørsted e il teologo N.
