エミール・ヴロース
ベルギーの画家彫刻家院長
エミール・ヴロールスはベルギーの画家である。アルブレヒト・デ・フリントと学んだ後、水彩画作家、彫刻家、画家として名を成した。1898年にローマ賞を受賞した。1920年にはジャン・デルヴィル、エミール・ファブリ、アルベール・チンベルラニ、コスタンタン・モンタルドらとともに『モニュメンタル・アート』を設立した。1924年から1936年まで、アンテワープの王立美術大学の院長を務めた。また、紙幣や切手のデザインも手がけた。
