Francesco Fontebasso
Pintor rococó veneziano influenciado por Tiepolo
Francesco Fontebasso foi um pintor italiano do final do barroco ou período rococó de Veneza. Ele foi primeiro aprendiz de Sebastiano Ricci, mas foi fortemente influenciado por seu contemporâneo, Giovanni Battista Tiepolo. Em 1761, Fontebasso visitou São Petersburgo e produziu pinturas de teto e decorações para o Palácio de Inverno. Fontebasso retornou a Veneza em 1768. Ele ajudou a decorar uma capela em San Francesco della Vigna. Ele morreu em Veneza em 1769. Está representado em coleções, por exemplo no Palácio de Kadriorg (parte do Museu de Arte da Estónia) em Tallinn, Estónia.
