ガブリエル・ド・サン・オービン（Gabriel de Saint-Aubin）は、フランスの設計家、版画作家、エッチャーディング家、画家であった。 彼の兄弟チャールズ・ジェルメ・ド・サン・オービンとアウグスティーヌ・ド・サン・オービンも芸術家であり、チャールズの娘であるマリー＝フランソワーズもまた芸術家であった。彼はエティエンヌ・ジュラの学生であり、ヒャキント・コリン・デ・ヴェルモントの弟子でもあった。1752年から1754年まで3回ローマ賞を獲得できなかった後、彼は美術アカデミーを離れ、聖ルーカー協会に加入した。 サン＝オービンの芸術の特徴的な点は、首都の街路灯の社会観察への過剰な関心であり、彼は旅先でその風景や娯楽を素描していた。このため、彼の版画、蝋刻、大規模な水彩画は18世紀パリの芸術生活の貴重な記録である。
