乔瓦尼·多梅尼科·提埃波罗是一位意大利画家和蚀刻版画家。他是艺术家乔瓦尼·巴蒂斯塔·提埃波罗的儿子，也是洛伦佐·巴尔迪塞拉·提埃波罗的兄长。 多梅尼科出生于威尼斯，师从其父学习，并在13岁时成为其父的主要助手。他是众多助手中的一员，包括洛伦佐在内，负责将其父的设计（以由其父发明的“油画草图”形式执行）进行转化。 到20岁时，他开始为委托方创作自己的作品。他于1751年至1753年间在维尔茨堡协助其父装饰著名的楼梯间壁画，1757年在维琴察的瓦尔马拉纳别墅工作，并于1762年至1770年间在马德里的查理三世宫殿工作。 1770年父亲去世后，他的绘画风格逐渐形成。当时他返回威尼斯，并在威尼斯、热那亚和帕多瓦等地工作。尽管他的画作仍保留着父亲的装饰性影响，但摆脱了空间上的奇幻想象，开始转向更为写实的描绘。他的肖像画以及威尼斯生活场景以动感、色彩和精心构思的构图而著称。
