Giovanni Mauro della Rovere
Affreschista milanese
Chiamato il Fiammenghino. Nato a Milano intorno al 1561. Morì lì dopo il 1627. Pittore di affreschi nelle chiese nei dintorni di Milano. Lavorò con il fratello, Giovanni Mauro della Rovere (ca. 1575-1640), anch'egli chiamato il Fiammenghino. Il loro padre, Giovanni, nato ad Anversa intorno al 1533, si stabilì a Milano in giovane età.
