朱利奥·切萨雷·普罗卡奇尼是米兰早期巴洛克时期的意大利画家和雕塑家。他出生于博洛尼亚，是风格主义画家老埃尔科莱·普罗卡奇尼之子。 他最初在米兰大教堂和米兰的圣玛利亚近圣切尔索教堂担任雕塑家。1610年，他绘制了六幅“夸德罗尼”大型画布，以颂扬圣卡洛·博罗梅奥。在他众多的祭坛画中，包括现藏于摩德纳埃斯特美术馆的《割礼》，以及为热那亚至圣领报大殿所属修道院创作的《最后的晚餐》。他还绘制了《基督受鞭刑》。 他还为米兰和热那亚的富裕家庭绘制小型宗教题材油画，并在热那亚观赏了鲁本斯的作品。他的画风体现出博洛尼亚风格主义与威尼斯色彩主义的影响，标志着巴洛克艺术的开端。
