小扬·勃鲁盖尔（也作Bruegel或Breughel）是佛兰德斯巴洛克画家，老扬·勃鲁盖尔之子。 勃鲁盖尔于17世纪在安特卫普出生并去世。他师从其父，职业生涯中创作了风格相似的作品。他与兄弟安布罗修斯一起，创作了风景画、寓言场景以及其他细节精细的作品。勃鲁盖尔还临摹其父的作品，并署上其父的签名出售。与其父的作品相比，他的作品执行程度较低且色调更轻，因而可以区分。 小扬在意大利旅行时，他的父亲死于霍乱，他迅速返回并接管了安特卫普的工作室。父亲去世后，他将签名从“Brueghel”改为“Breughel”。次年，即1626年，他娶了亚伯拉罕·扬森斯的女儿安娜-玛丽亚·扬森斯。他很快站稳了脚跟，并于1630年当选为圣路加公会的会长。同年，他受法国宫廷委托绘制《亚当系列》。在接下来的几年里，他还为奥地利宫廷创作画作，并在巴黎独立工作，直到1657年返回安特卫普。他与多位著名艺术家合作，包括鲁本斯、亨德里克·范·巴伦（1575–1632）、阿德里安·斯塔尔贝姆特（1580–1682）、卢卡斯·范·乌登（1596–1672）、他的妹夫小大卫·特尼尔斯（1610-1690）以及他的岳父亚伯拉罕·扬森斯。
