小揚·勃魯蓋爾（也作Bruegel或Breughel）是法蘭德斯巴洛克畫家，老揚·勃魯蓋爾之子。 布魯蓋爾於17世紀在安特衛普出生並去世。他師從其父，職業生涯中創作了風格相似的作品。他與兄弟安布羅修斯一起，創作了風景畫、寓言場景以及其他細節精細的作品。布魯蓋爾還臨摹其父的作品，並署上其父的簽名出售。與其父的作品相比，他的作品執行程度較低且色調更輕，因而可以區分。 小揚在義大利旅行時，他的父親死於霍亂，他迅速返回並接管了安特衛普的工作室。父親去世後，他將簽名從「Brueghel」改為「Breughel」。次年，即1626年，他娶了亞伯拉罕·揚森斯的女兒安娜-瑪麗亞·揚森斯。他很快站穩了腳跟，並於1630年當選為聖路加公會的會長。同年，他受法國宮廷委託繪製《亞當系列》。在接下來的幾年裡，他還為奧地利宮廷創作畫作，並在巴黎獨立工作，直到1657年返回安特衛普。他與多位著名藝術家合作，包括魯本斯、亨德里克·范·巴倫（1575–1632）、阿德里安·斯塔爾貝姆特（1580–1682）、盧卡斯·范·烏登（1596–1672）、他的妹夫小大衛·特尼爾斯（1610-1690）以及他的岳父亞伯拉罕·揚森斯。
