扬·德比斯霍普（Jan de Bisschop），又名约翰内斯·埃皮斯科皮乌斯（Johannes Episcopius，1628–1671），是一位律师，后来成为荷兰黄金时代的画家和版画家。 根据RKD的记录，他师从巴托洛梅乌斯·布林伯格学习绘画，并反过来影响了雅各布·范德乌尔夫特。乌尔夫特和比肖普都出身于良好的家庭，是那些更多出于爱好而非谋生而从事艺术的画家的典范。比肖普是皮克图拉兄弟会的创始成员，并在1670年代出版了两本书，旨在作为年轻艺术家的教学材料。这些作品基于他对古典艺术家作品的临摹，也包括对罗马旅行者彼得·东克尔作品的临摹。其中一部是112幅版画，于1668-1669年间制作，题为《Signorum Veterum Icones》（荷兰语标题：《Afbeeldingen van antieke beelden》）；另一部于1671年出版，题为《Paradigmata Graphices variorum Artificum》（荷兰语标题：《Voor-beelden der Teken-Konst van verscheyde Meesters》）。 根据 Houbraken 的说法，他是荷兰法院的律师，并通过临摹丁托列托、雅各布·巴萨诺、安尼巴莱·卡拉奇（Karats）、保罗·委罗内塞、鲁本斯和安东尼·范·戴克等艺术家的作品，创作了具有教学意义的素描，为艺术做出了巨大贡献。
