让-阿希尔·贝努维尔
法国意大利风景画家
让-阿希尔·贝努维尔是一位法国风景画家，以其意大利风光画作而闻名。 他出生于巴黎。他与弟弟弗朗索瓦-莱昂一起，先师从弗朗索瓦-爱德华·皮科，后又师从莱昂·科涅。他在巴黎、贡比涅和枫丹白露附近绘制了大量风景画。 1834年，他在沙龙举办了首次展览。三年后，他被巴黎国立高等美术学院录取。1845年，他凭借作品《尤利西斯与瑙西卡》获得罗马大奖历史风景画奖。因此，他得以三次前往意大利；其中一次是与让-巴蒂斯特·卡米耶·柯罗同行，两人在罗马共用一间画室。 在美第奇别墅居住三年后，他决定留在意大利，尽管他继续在巴黎的展览上展出自己的作品。他于1851年结婚，育有两个儿子：皮埃尔·路易和莱昂，两人都成为了建筑师。1863年，他被授予荣誉军团骑士勋章。 他在妻子去世后返回法国，并于1871年再婚。他频繁前往意大利、比利牛斯山脉和荷兰旅行，直至1891年在巴黎去世。 莫泊桑将他的故事《我的叔叔于勒》（1883年）献给了贝努维尔。
