ヨハン・ハインリヒ・ズルツァー
種痘とリンネ式昆虫学の先駆者
ヨハン・ハインリヒ・スルツァーはスイスの医師兼昆虫学者でした。 彼はテュービンゲン大学で医学を学び、後にヴィンタートゥールで診療所を開業しました。医師として、彼は天然痘の予防接種に関する仕事で優れた業績を残しました。昆虫学の分野では、以下の著作の著者です： 『スウェーデン王国騎士兼侍医カール・リンネの指導に基づく昆虫の特徴』（1761年）——カール・リンネの指導に基づく昆虫の特徴。 『リンネ式体系に基づく昆虫略史』（1776年）——リンネ式体系に基づく昆虫略史。
