约翰·耶恩
十八世纪英国著名建筑师
约翰·延恩是18世纪著名的英国建筑师。 延恩出生于1750年3月8日。他自1769年9月起在皇家艺术学院学习。他于1774年当选为学院副院士，并于1791年成为正式院士。他从1796年至1820年担任学院的财务主管。 他是威廉·钱伯斯爵士的学生。18世纪70年代末，他接替钱伯斯担任马尔伯勒公爵在布伦海姆宫的建筑师，其作品包括1789年设计的科林斯式小型"健康神庙"，以庆祝乔治三世从疾病中康复。附近，他于1783年在伍德斯托克教堂建造了一个新的侧廊。钱伯斯为他提供了其他一些重要职位：1780年，他成为里士满公园的工程主管，后来在肯辛顿宫、白金汉府和皇家马厩也担任同一职位。
