多瑙河画派祭坛画大师
老约尔格·布劳，来自奥格斯堡，是德国多瑙河画派的画家。他是一位织布工的儿子。 他前往奥地利，并在1500至1502年间在那里创作了几幅多面板祭坛画，例如梅尔克祭坛画（1502年）。他于1502年回到奥格斯堡，并在那里成为大师。他曾两次前往意大利，大约在1508年以及1514/15年。 1537年他去世后，他的儿子小约尔格·布劳继续领导他的奥格斯堡工坊，直到10年后他本人去世。
