朱尔-费迪南·雅克马尔
十九世纪法国复制版画大师
作为19世纪法国蚀刻版画复兴时期的重要蚀刻画家，Jules Jacquemart 因其复制大师画作和艺术品的蚀刻版画而广受赞誉，这些作品发表在期刊、书籍和画册中；同时他也因由 Alfred Cadart (1828-1875) 出版的原创蚀刻构图而闻名。当时的评论家和艺术家认为 Jacquemart 和 Félix Bracquemond (1833-1914) 是他们那个时代最杰出的两位蚀刻画家。 他早年师从其父亲阿尔贝·雅克马尔（Albert Jacquemart，1808-1875）接受训练，其父是一位收藏家、画家，也是财政部的首席书记官。1859年，随着在《美术公报》（Gazette des Beaux-Arts）上发表艺术品插画，他迎来了艺术生涯的首次亮相，这段合作关系持续了他大半生。在那本期刊以及《艺术》（L’Art）杂志中，雅克马尔为私人收藏和卢浮宫所藏的各类艺术品绘制了插图。他在《公报》上发表了60幅蚀刻版画，以及大量素描和草图。
