神経質なルネサンスの画家
ロレンツォ・ロットはイタリアの画家で、線画作家、イラストレーターであり、伝統的にヴェネツィア派に属するが、彼の職業生涯の大部分は北イタリアの他の都市で過ごされた。彼は主に祭壇画、宗教的主題、肖像画を描いた。彼はルネサンス全盛期とマナー主義時代の前半に活躍したが、彼の作品は職業を通じて一般的に同じルネサンス全盛期スタイルを維持したが、その緊張感のある独特なポーズや歪みは、フィレンツェやローマのマナー派への移行段階を示している。
