마리빅투아르 르무아느는 프랑스 고전주의 화가였습니다. 파리에서 태어난 마리빅투아르 르무아느는 샤를 르무아느와 마리안 루셀의 장녀였습니다. 그녀의 자매인 마리드니즈 빌레르와 마리엘리자베트 가비우도 화가가 되었습니다. 그러나 자매들과 달리 그녀는 결혼하지 않았으며, 당대 예술계에서 그림으로 생계를 유지한 소수의 여성 중 한 명이 되었습니다. She was a student of François-Guillaume Ménageot in the early 1770s, with whom she lived and worked in a house acquired by the art dealer Jean-Baptiste-Pierre Lebrun, next to the studio of Élisabeth-Louise Vigée-Le Brun (1755–1842), France's leading woman painter. From 1779, Marie-Victoire Lemoine lived in her parents' home until she moved in with her sister Marie-Elisabeth, where she remained even after her sister's death. She died six years after her last exhibition, aged sixty-six. 마리-빅투아르 르무아느는 주로 초상화, 미니어처, 풍속화를 그렸다. 그녀는 여러 살롱 전시에 참여했는데, 예를 들어 1779년 파앙 드 라 블랑슈리의 Correspondance 살롱에서는 랑발 공작부인의 초상화(57 x 45 cm)를 전시했다. 이 살롱 이후 그녀는 1796년, 1798년, 1799년, 1802년, 1804년, 1814년 살롱에서 대중에게 자신의 예술 작품을 계속 선보였다.
