瑪麗恩·T·羅斯

早期漫畫家與童書插畫家

M.T. Ross，暱稱「Penny」，是二十世紀初的一位插畫家和漫畫家。他居住在伊利諾州的奧克帕克，並在芝加哥市中心設有工作室。他是華特·迪士尼最早的同事之一，也是R.F. Outcault的摯友，並與後者共同開發了《Buster Brown》。1926年，M.T. 「Penny」Ross 移居南加州，為RKO及其他電影公司擔任佈景設計師。他於1908年創作了報紙連環漫畫《媽媽的安琪兒》。該作品極受歡迎，在全國25家主要報紙上連載了十五年，其中包括《芝加哥論壇報》和《巴爾的摩美國人報》。他為《花寶寶書》、《花之兒童》、《蝴蝶寶寶》（由伊麗莎白·戈登撰寫）、《鳥之兒童》和《動物兒童》等兒童書籍繪製插圖。他於1937年在加利福尼亞州奧克蘭因心臟病發作去世，享年56歲。
