Nikolay Andreyevich Tyrsa was a Russian painter. Nikolay Punin admired his work, in 1916 describing it as "organic, powerful and steady art; art, which we have been long waiting for, which we called for – the way to the art of the future." 1905年至1909年，泰爾薩在聖彼得堡藝術學院師從萊昂·巴克斯特學習。 在列寧格勒圍城戰期間，泰爾薩病重，於1942年1月29日被疏散至沃洛格達。幾天後，他在那裡去世。
