フィリップ・ジェームズ・ド・ルーテルブール(Philip James de Loutherbourg)は、名前がフランス語形のフィリップ=ジャック(Philippe-Jacques)、ドイツ語形のフィリップ・ヤーコプ(Philipp Jakob)、あるいは英語の接尾辞「ジュニア」(the Younger)付きで呼ばれることもある、フランス生まれのイギリス人画家である。彼は大規模な海軍題材の作品、ロンドンの劇場のための凝った舞台装置、そして「エイドフシコン」(Eidophusikon)と呼ばれる機械式劇場の発明で知られた。また、信仰による癒しやオカルトに関心を持ち、詐欺師のカリオストロ(Cagliostro)と親交があった。
