皮耶尔·弗朗切斯科·莫拉
巴洛克风景画家
皮埃尔·弗朗切斯科·莫拉，人称"提契诺人"，是一位意大利高巴洛克时期画家，主要在罗马一带活动。 莫拉出生于科尔德廖（今属瑞士提契诺州）。四岁时，他随父亲、画家乔瓦尼·巴蒂斯塔·莫拉移居罗马。除了1633–1640年居住在威尼斯和1641–1647年居住在博洛尼亚的时期外，他的余生都在罗马度过。 他早年的训练师从已故的风格主义画家卡瓦列尔·达皮诺，并在古典主义画家弗朗切斯科·阿尔巴尼门下工作。 他作为湿壁画画家的杰作被广泛认为是奎里纳莱宫画廊中亚历山大七世画廊的湿壁画，题为《约瑟向兄弟们表明身份》（1657年）。然而，莫拉被认为更擅长绘制小型画作，尤其是风景画。他创作了六版《逃往埃及》，其中最早且最好的一版是第一版《逃往埃及途中的休息》。 他于1662年当选为罗马艺术家专业协会圣卢卡学院（Accademia di San Luca）的院长，但他的晚年既无利可图，也多产不足。他的学生包括让-巴蒂斯特·福雷斯特、安东尼奥·盖拉尔迪和朱塞佩·博纳蒂。 莫拉以其更为松散的风格与手法、更自然的色调以及对探索风景元素的兴趣，不同于以安德烈亚·萨基为代表的17世纪罗马主流画家所盛行的、高度理论化的古典主义。
