Pieter van Noort
Pintor holandês de naturezas-mortas com peixes
Pieter van Noort foi um pintor holandês de naturezas-mortas, frequentemente retratando peixes. Ele nasceu em Leiden como filho de Derck van Noort, e não era, como algumas fontes afirmam, o filho de Pieter van Noort (c. 1592 - após 1634). A partir de 1648, ele foi registrado como membro da Guilda de São Lucas de Leiden. Foi sucedido por Isaac van Duynen. Mudou-se em 1652 para Zwolle, onde faleceu mais tarde.
