Richard Barrett Davis
Pintor real de animales
Richard Barrett Davis RBA fue un pintor de animales y paisajes. Davis nació en Watford en 1782. Estudió con William Evans de Eton, con William Beechey y en las escuelas de la Royal Academy, donde expuso por primera vez en 1802. Se unió a la Society of British Artists en 1829 y fue nombrado pintor de animales de Guillermo IV en 1831. Murió en 1854.
