A Russell, Morgan & Co., uma empresa de Cincinnati, foi fundada em 1867, quando A.O. Russell e Robert J. Morgan compraram a seção de impressão do The Cincinnati Enquirer com o apoio financeiro do empresário de espetáculos John Robinson. Em 1891, a empresa tornou-se a United States Printing Company e, mais tarde, a United States Lithograph Company. Além da impressão para a indústria do entretenimento, a empresa fabricava baralhos. Em 1894, o negócio de baralhos havia crescido tanto que foi separado da empresa de impressão, tornando-se a The United States Playing Card Company. Ainda em existência, é a maior fabricante de baralhos do mundo, produzindo marcas como Bee, Bicycle, Hoyle e Aviator.
