政治漫画家与原住民倡导者
乌多·J·凯普勒（Udo J. Keppler），自1894年起以约瑟夫·凯普勒二世（Joseph Keppler Jr.）之名闻名，是一位美国政治漫画家、出版商和美洲原住民权益倡导者。他是创办《Puck》杂志的漫画家约瑟夫·凯普勒（Joseph Keppler，1838–1894）之子。小凯普勒也为该杂志贡献漫画作品，并在父亲去世后成为杂志的共同所有者，同时将名字改为约瑟夫·凯普勒。他还是美洲原住民文物的收藏家，并被塞内卡民族收养，成为荣誉酋长，获名"Gyantwaka"。 凯普勒于1872年4月4日出生在密苏里州圣路易斯。他于1888年毕业于哥伦比亚学院，并于1890年和1891年在德国学习。他从1890年到1914年为《Puck》杂志工作。1895年4月4日，他与富有的酿酒商乔治·贝希特尔的女儿路易丝（露露）·伊娃·贝希特尔结婚，这桩婚姻遭到他的母亲和姐妹们的反对。他于1913年12月出售了《Puck》，并继续担任艺术总监四个月。后来，他为《Judge》和《Leslie's Weekly》撰稿，直到1915年。他于1920年退休，1946年移居加利福尼亚州拉霍亚，并于1956年7月4日在那里去世。
