William Henry Lake Price
Innovativer Aquarellist und Fotograf
William Frederick Lake Price war ein englischer Aquarellmaler und ein Innovator in der Fotografie des mittleren 19. Jahrhunderts. Lake Price hat Augustus Charles Pugin völlig in den Schatten gestellt. Lake Price stellte seine Gemälde und Aquarelle in der Royal Academy und der Royal Watercolour Society aus. In den 1850er Jahren trat er der London Photographic Society und dem Photographic Exchange Club of London bei. Im Jahr 1858 wurden viele seiner fotografischen Porträts in „Portraits of Eminent British Artists" veröffentlicht.
