William Henry Lake Price
Innovatief aquarellist en fotograaf
William Frederick Lake Price was een Engelse aquarellist en een pionier in de fotografie van het midden van de negentiende eeuw. Lake Price heeft Augustus Charles Pugin volledig overvleugeld. Lake Price exposeerde zijn schilderijen en aquarellen bij de Royal Academy en de Royal Watercolour Society. In de jaren 1850 sloot hij zich aan bij de London Photographic Society en de Photographic Exchange Club of London. In 1858 werden veel van zijn fotografische portretten gepubliceerd in Portraits of Eminent British Artists.
