William Worcester Churchill

William Worcester Churchill fue un artista estadounidense. Nacido en Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, William Worcester Churchill ingresó en la clase inaugural de la Escuela del Museo de Bellas Artes de Boston en 1877, junto con Edward H. Barnard y Charles Henry Hayden. Allí estudió dibujo con Edwin Graves Champney, anatomía con William Rimmer y pintura con Otto Grundmann, quien posteriormente enseñó a figuras notables como Edmund Tarbell y Frank Benson. De 1878 a 1885, Churchill estuvo en París estudiando con Léon Bonnat y, al regresar a Boston, se estableció como pintor de retratos.
