William Worcester Churchill

William Worcester Churchill foi um artista americano. Nascido em Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, William Worcester Churchill ingressou na turma inaugural da Escola do Museu de Belas Artes de Boston em 1877, juntamente com Edward H. Barnard e Charles Henry Hayden. Lá, estudou desenho com Edwin Graves Champney, anatomia com William Rimmer e pintura com Otto Grundmann, que posteriormente ensinou figuras notáveis como Edmund Tarbell e Frank Benson. De 1878 a 1885, Churchill esteve em Paris estudando com Léon Bonnat e, ao retornar a Boston, estabeleceu-se como pintor de retratos.
