Yasuyoshi Shirasawa

Yasuyoshi Shirasawa, auch bekannt als Homi Shirasawa, war ein japanischer Botaniker, der an der Universität Tokio gemeinsam mit Tomitaro Makino, dem „Vater der japanischen Botanik“, arbeitete. Shirasawa benannte zahlreiche einheimische Pflanzen, darunter insbesondere die gefährdete Art Picea koyamae und (gemeinsam mit Makino) die Kyūshū-Linde Tilia kiusiana.
