Yasuyoshi Shirasawa

Yasuyoshi Shirasawa, también conocido como Homi Shirasawa, fue un botánico japonés que trabajó junto a Tomitaro Makino, «el padre de la botánica japonesa», en la Universidad de Tokio. Shirasawa nombró numerosas plantas nativas, especialmente la especie en peligro de extinción Picea koyamae y (junto con Makino) el tilo de Kyūshū, Tilia kiusiana.
