アントン・フォン・マロン
ローマの新古典派肖像画家
アントン・フォン・マロンはローマで活動したオーストリアの画家です。 フォン・マロンはウィーンで生まれたが、幼い頃にローマへ移った。そこでアントン・ラファエル・メングスに師事し、熟練した肖像画家となった。彼はメングスの妹で、自身も画家であったテレゼ・マロンと結婚した。彼は残りの生涯をローマで過ごし、1808年に同地で没した。
