안톤 폰 마론
로마의 신고전주의 초상화가
안톤 폰 마론은 로마에서 활동한 오스트리아 화가입니다. 폰 마론은 빈에서 태어났지만 어릴 때 로마로 이주했다. 그곳에서 그는 안톤 라파엘 멩스에게 사사하며 능숙한 초상화가가 되었다. 그는 화가였던 멩스의 여동생 테레제 마론과 결혼했다. 그는 남은 생애를 로마에서 보내다가 1808년 그곳에서 사망했다.
