Biagio Pupini war ein italienischer Maler der Renaissance, der hauptsächlich in seiner Heimatstadt Bologna tätig war. Er war bekanntermaßen hauptsächlich zwischen 1530 und 1540 aktiv. Er war ein Schüler von Francesco Francia. Er fertigte Gemälde für die Kirche San Giuliano, die Basilika San Giacomo Maggiore und die Kirche Santa Maria della Baroncella an.
