卡洛·多爾奇
精細巴洛克宗教小畫
卡洛（或卡爾利諾）·多爾奇是巴洛克時期的義大利畫家，主要活躍於佛羅倫斯，以極其精緻的宗教畫作聞名，其作品常有多個版本流傳。 他出生於佛羅倫斯，外祖父是一位畫家。儘管多爾奇天資聰穎，年少時便師從雅各布·維尼亞利，但他的作品產量並不高。據其傳記作者巴爾迪努奇記載：「他僅畫一隻腳就可能花費數週時間。」他一絲不苟的技法使他不太適合創作大型濕壁畫。他主要繪製宗教題材作品，畫作尺幅通常較小，不過也創作過少量真人大小的畫作。他經常以同一構圖繪製多個版本，其女兒阿涅塞·多爾奇也曾臨摹過他的許多佳作。 多爾奇以虔誠著稱。據說每年受難週期間，他都會繪製一幅頭戴荊棘冠冕的救世主半身像。1682年，當他看到綽號「fa presto」（快手）的喬爾達諾在五小時內畫出的作品竟比自己數月所能完成的還要多時，便陷入了憂鬱之中。 多爾奇的女兒阿涅塞（約1680年去世）也是一位畫家。多爾奇於1686年在佛羅倫斯去世。
