Cesare Rossetti era un pittore italiano attivo a Roma. Nacque a Roma e fu seguace del Cavalier d'Arpino, al quale assistette nella decorazione del Palazzo del Laterano. Viene menzionato da Giovanni Baglione nelle sue biografie.
