康斯坦丁·内彻是18世纪来自荷兰北部的画家。 根据 Houbraken 的说法，他是 Caspar Netscher 的儿子，Theodorus 的兄弟。他本打算在《Schouburg》中于其出生年份部分为他撰写一篇传记素描，但尚未写到那里便去世了。 根据RKD的记录，他是卡斯帕的儿子，也是画家西奥多和安东尼·范·内切尔的兄弟。1709年2月6日，他与玛格达莱娜·范·亨斯贝根结婚，从而成为约翰·范·亨斯贝根的女婿。他以肖像画、历史寓言画和意大利风格风景画而闻名。他是亨德里克·多尔斯霍特、迪尔克·金特（或称金特）、科恩拉特·罗佩尔和马特乌斯·费尔海登的老师。他安葬在海牙的克洛斯特教堂内的亨斯贝根家族墓穴中。
