康斯坦丁·內徹是18世紀來自荷蘭北部的畫家。 根據 Houbraken 的說法，他是 Caspar Netscher 的兒子，Theodorus 的兄弟。他本打算在《Schouburg》中於其出生年份部分為他撰寫一篇傳記素描，但尚未寫到那裡便去世了。 根據RKD的記錄，他是卡斯帕的兒子，也是畫家西奧多和安東尼·范·內切爾的兄弟。1709年2月6日，他與瑪格達萊娜·范·亨斯貝根結婚，從而成為約翰·范·亨斯貝根的女婿。他以肖像畫、歷史寓言畫和義大利風格風景畫而聞名。他是亨德里克·多爾斯霍特、迪爾克·金特（或稱金特）、科恩拉特·羅佩爾和馬特烏斯·費爾海登的老師。他安葬在海牙的克洛斯特教堂內的亨斯貝根家族墓穴中。
