F. Earl Christy

F. Earl Christy nació en 1882 en Filadelfia, Pensilvania. Se cree que la «F» significa «Frederic». A los 17 años, pintó originales para la empresa Boardwalk Atlantic City Picture, y muchos de sus primeros trabajos fueron publicados por la J. Hoover and Sons Calendar Company de Filadelfia. Asistió a la Pennsylvania Academy of Arts de 1905 a 1907. Christy produjo docenas de portadas de revistas, incluyendo para Dell Publishing Company para Modern Romances, Modern Screen and Radio Stars, Ainslee's magazine, American Magazine, Sunday Magazine of the New York Times, Collier's, Leslie's Illustrated Weekly, Liberty Magazine, McClure's Photoplay Magazine, y Puck Magazine.
