弗朗索瓦·弗拉芒
学院派历史画家与钞票设计师
弗朗索瓦·弗拉芒是19世纪最后25年和20世纪前25年间一位非常成功的法国画家。他是一位著名雕刻家的儿子，并在其技艺方面接受了一流的教育。弗拉芒最初因其历史画和肖像画而闻名，并成为美术学院的教授。他装饰了索邦大学和喜歌剧院等重要市政建筑，还制作了广告作品。弗拉芒被授予法国最高平民荣誉荣誉军团勋章，并设计了法国第一批纸币。他在1908年生日荣誉中被授予皇家维多利亚勋章荣誉司令官。
