프리드리히 수스트리스
이탈리아-네덜란드 화가 및 궁정 건축가
프리드리히 수스트리스는 이탈리아-네덜란드 출신의 화가, 장식가, 건축가였습니다. 그는 이탈리아에서 활동한 예술가 람베르트 수스트리스의 아들이었습니다. 수스트리스는 베니스와 파도바에서 아버지 람베르트에게서 교육을 받았다. 1560년 로마 체류 후 귀환한 그는 1563년부터 1567년까지 피렌체에서 조르조 바사리에게 사사했다. 그의 첫 후원자는 한스 푸거로, 베니스에 있는 푸거 저택의 장식을 주문했다. 그는 얀 크라크의 사위였다. 1573년부터 수스트리스는 란츠후트에서 바이에른 공작 빌헬름 5세를 위해 일했으며, 1579년 빌헬름이 즉위하면서 바이에른 궁정의 수석 건축가가 되었다.
