Hans Multscher
Sculpteur allemand aux styles nordiques
Hans Multscher était un sculpteur et peintre allemand. Multscher est né à Reichenhofen (aujourd'hui Leutkirch im Allgäu). Il s'est familiarisé avec les nouveaux styles artistiques du nord de la France et des Pays-Bas, et est devenu bourgeois libre de la ville d'Ulm en 1427. Là-bas, il a épousé Adelheid Kitzin la même année. Il a dirigé son propre atelier en tant que peintre et sculpteur, aux côtés de son frère Heinrich Multscher. Multscher est mort à Ulm.
