Hans Multscher
Scultore tedesco con stili nordici
Hans Multscher era uno scultore e pittore tedesco. Multscher nacque a Reichenhofen (oggi Leutkirch im Allgäu). Si familiarizzò con i nuovi stili artistici della Francia settentrionale e dei Paesi Bassi, e nel 1427 divenne cittadino libero della città di Ulma. Lì, nello stesso anno, sposò Adelheid Kitzin. Gestì la propria bottega come pittore e scultore, insieme al fratello Heinrich Multscher. Multscher morì a Ulm.
