ヘンドリック・バリー
精密なオランダ肖像版画
ヘンドリック・バリーは著名なオランダの彫刻師であった。 バリーはグーダで生まれ、同地で亡くなった。彼の画風から判断すると、コルネリス・ヴィッシャーの弟子であったか、あるいは彼の作風を模倣して自己の技法を形成したようである。彼による肖像画や様々な題材の版画が数枚現存しており、これらは彫刻刀で非常に精巧に制作され、大きな価値を有しているが、決してヴィッシャーの作品と同等ではない。彼は通常、版画に自身の名前H. Baryを記し、時にはH. B.と記した。
