Isaac Ouwater

Isaac Ouwater è stato un pittore di paesaggi urbani del XVIII secolo originario dei Paesi Bassi settentrionali. Sembra che suo padre fosse un pittore di paesaggi e un vedovo prima della nascita di Isaac. Fu battezzato nell'Amstelkerk, sebbene i suoi genitori non si fossero ancora sposati. La famiglia viveva a Prinsengracht, quando si sposò nel 1772. Lavorò anche a Haarlem, Delft, Hoorn, Edam e Utrecht.
