Isaac Ouwater

Isaac Ouwater foi um pintor de paisagens urbanas do norte dos Países Baixos do século XVIII. Parece que seu pai era um pintor de paisagens e viúvo antes de Isaac nascer. Ele foi batizado na Amstelkerk, embora seus pais ainda não tivessem se casado. A família morava no Prinsengracht, quando ele se casou em 1772. Ele também trabalhou em Haarlem, Delft, Hoorn, Edam e Utrecht.
