艾萨克·欧沃特是18世纪来自北尼德兰的城市风景画家。 似乎在艾萨克出生之前，他的父亲是一位风景画家兼鳏夫。他在阿姆斯特尔教堂受洗，尽管他的父母当时尚未结婚。1772年他结婚时，一家人住在王子运河。他还在哈勒姆、代尔夫特、霍恩、埃丹和乌得勒支工作过。
