雅各布·喬治·斯特魯特是一位英國肖像和風景畫家及版畫家，風格承襲約翰·康斯太勃爾。他是作家伊麗莎白·斯特魯特的丈夫，也是畫家、旅行家和考古學家亞瑟·約翰·斯特魯特的父親。 斯特拉特於1784年8月4日出生在埃塞克斯郡的科爾切斯特，是本傑明·斯特拉特和卡羅琳（娘家姓波利特）八個孩子中的一個。1813年11月8日，他在倫敦與伊麗莎白·拜倫結婚，育有四個子女；他們的次子亞瑟·約翰·斯特拉特出生於1819年。斯特拉特约於1830年移居瑞士洛桑。1835年至1837年間，他與兒子亞瑟在法國和瑞士旅行，隨後前往義大利；他們在羅馬設立了一間工作室。他於1851年返回英國，並於1864年或1867年在羅馬去世。
